Vaastu shastra is a science that belongs to the architecture of any living place or site. It combines the five elements of nature – air, earth, water, fire and space. Vaastu derives the positive energy from these natural elements. The right knowledge of directions is very important in the making of a building structure according to vaastu.
There are a total of 8 directions – North, East, South, West, four sub directions are-Northeast, southeast,Southwest, Northwest – with each having a significance.

Vaastu shastra uses symbols such as Ganesha, Swastika, Aum, the footprint of Goddess Laxmi, a pitcher and a coconut. to create positive force or energy in our homes and workplaces.

Vaastu shastra has certain defined rules according to which the negativity in the house can be transferred into positivity by implementing vaastu norms correctly and carefully in the house. Fengshui
Fengshui is the Chinese vaastu art that has gained popularity recently. The fengshui system is thousands of years old and it is believed that the basis of fengshui has been influenced by Indian vaastu shastra, reaching China through Tibet. According to Chinese thought, cosmic energy known as ‘Chi’ moves around us all the time. Once we know this energy moves, we can arrange our homes , furniture and other things. We can use ‘Chi’ to improve our health. Fengshui means ‘wind and water’. From ancient times wind and water have been considered two major powers – with wind distributing energy and water accumulating it. The same energy is responsible for the health, progress and good luck of man. In fengshui, negative energies are converted into positive energies with the help of fengshui products such as laughing Buddha, fengshui tortoise, lucky coins etc.
The objectives of these products is to change the destiny of common man. Fengshui contains the easy remedial measures to enhance love, happiness,wealth, intelligence, health and prosperity.
